Hello, my name is Daniel Julis! I am a Mental Performance Coach with an M.S. in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University. Through over 4 years of experience training clients ranging from youth athletes to NCAA athletes to adults, I combine mindset coaching, movement, and wellness strategies to support sustainable, high-level performance that extends beyond the field or workspace.
